I had made an appointment with another scope company, but their earliest available was a week out, so I called Quality First and they were able to come out in a few hours. The technician was courteous, made a point to put on protective footwear in my house, and did a scope and locate with a focus on my requirements. There were no surprises and the cost came out exactly as was quoted. I would use them again.
