I was very pleased with the work Jacob did
My water heater stopped working on a Sunday, about 10:00 p.m. I waited till Monday morning to call the plumber. He arrived at 11:15 a.m. Jacob told me what he could do to fix the water heater. I told him I would rather replace it. mine was 11 years old. Jacob finished the job within 2 hours and he also took the old water heater away.
