Nick came right on time,diagnosed the problem and fixed it.He
demonstrated extreme patience with a hard situation.He explained everything he was doing and the expected outcome.He did not talk in terminology that was hard to understand and he did not talk
down to us either. He was friendly and very respectful of our house and cleaned up his work area. I would definitely use this plumbing company again. All of this on a Saturday too!
