Well we had some serious kitchen sink problems and the service representative Jacob came over over the very next morning. After some unsuccessful tries with his power auger it seemed that we might have to dig up the yard for a broken line. However Jacob gave us some good recommendations on being able to just re-rout the drainage pipe since we had an older home. His idea saved us several thousand dollars and installed it himself the very next day getting us up and running with very little down time. He was professional, polite, and our kids loved talking to him and learning about his tools and he seemed to have a great time educating them. Next time we had a problem we called and Jacob made it a prioroty to get there the next morning - even with all the other issues in the area from the weather (freezing pipes it turned out to be). That was great customer service - especially since I was out of town and it was just my wife and the boys and a sink and dishwasher that wouldn't drain. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else that has plumbing needs and they will be my only call if I need plumbing service going forward. Thanks again for all your help.
