We had an urgent need for furnace repair (pilot light and gas valve failure during a weekend stow storm - Murphy's Law). I called about 7 am on a Saturday, and had Tom from Quality First at the house by 8:30, despite bad road conditions. Tom replaced the valve and had the furnace operating before the house was even chilly. The price was about what I expected, and the trip charge was well below the other two companies I called that morning. Quality First also called after Tom left to check on the work. I found the company on the recommendation of our HOA web site. Very impressive service.
