Expectations......
General expectations would be: call for service, receive services, pay for it and move on. Quality First does that and so much more. I talked with them about getting a new hot water heater, was given several options, pick one, set an appointment around my schedule, they called when they were on their way, fixed it and replaced and illegal fixture, clean-up took the old heater and was on their way. I got a follow up call from the office to make sure everything was ok. I had amazing service from my initial call to the follow up call. Each employee went out of their way to make sure we knew what was going on, what they were doing and answered questions before we could even think to ask. I was left with a huge sense of relief and satisfaction of money well spent.
