I just moved into my new house and discovered the toilet was leaking. I called, on a Sunday, expecting to make an appointment for the next week and was told I would have a technician out in 30-45 minutes……and no extra charge for the weekend! The technician, Steven, arrived in 30 minutes and took a look. He gave me a couple options, discussed the cost/pros and cons and went out of his way to drive back to the warehouse and pick up a new toilet so he could come back and get it all fixed up today. He was very quick, cleaned everything up and it works perfectly! Steven is the best, and Quality First Plumbing is getting all my future business.
