I wanted to exchange an anode rod in my tank hot warter heater, but, I did not know who to call. Well, this is who I want...and sure enough they offered same day service and sent a wonderful tech by the name of Kyle.

Now!!...here is the neat part..Kyle and I got talking about a tankless hot water system which Kyle seemed to be quite knowledgable about and during his presentation, if not once, but three times he offered to credit the cost that I had just paid for the anode rod to be deducted from the price of a new tankless unit (within reasonable time, of course). Along with Kyle's offer and a $1500 tax credit from the Fed's, this pushed my wife and I over the edge to have a Eternal Hybrid tankless unit installed in our home..to be installed mid-December.
