Within 90 minutes of calling, Scott appeared and in less than an hour cleared our drain. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, used shoe covers (was snowing outside) and was careful to protect our hardwood floors. Price was reasonable, service was timely, Scott was professional...should we have a plumbing problem in the future, Scott and Quality First Plumbing will be the first company we call.
