Steven was professional, knowlegeable regarding his work, was also very respectful. In this day and age customer service is not like it used to be. But there are still a few left that will provide good customer serivce.
On Saturaday, December 8, 2013 I had problem with my sewer. I called my insurance and they sent a gentleman from another company. I was not pleased with his attitude and his work. then my insurance sent Steven (I did not get his last name) from Quality First Plumbing and he resolved the problem. He used his professionalism to solve the problem, was knowledgeable as what he was doing and very respectful. I was able to do my washing, etc.
