Scheduled appointment, service representative was pleasant and professional, technician arrived on-time. Quickly assessed gas leak, had all necessary equipment for gas leak detection on board his truck. After assessing the issue, he quoted a very reasonable rate and then executed the necessary fixes. What I really appreciated is that he did not try to assess and suggest additional changes, he simply fixed the problem.
