Overall, the process of replacing my water heater with Quality First was pleasant and painless. The installer was very professional, knowledgeable, humble, and efficient. The water heater works well, and the workspace was cleaner than when he arrived. The phone staff were also friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me through my research process during which I called several times for more information. I highly recommend Quality First to anyone who needs a new water heater.
