I've used Alt's for over 25 years. They are highly reliable, and that's good, because you tend to hope a gutter system isn't something you have to deal with that often. Alt's would be the people to contact if you have any issues with your current gutter system, or are looking for a new one.

Recently they removed some gutter gar material that wasn't very effective. The great part was that it came at no cost to me, and Alt's even installed a new version that was far superior.

The original gutter I was using was composed of a foam type material that was not functioning like it was supposed to. The company had a warranty on their product, but Alt's said they weren't dealing with that system anymore and went ahead and upgraded my system at no cost. I was very happy about this.

I usually deal with Dale and his son. They are very friendly. His son is in charge of the gutter protection services. Overall, I am very impressed that they are so willing to back their products.
