Having an MRI done at Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr was amazing. They took what can be an unpleasant, sometimes claustrophobic experience, and made it a much better experience for me. The people were so kind and so caring, I felt like a member of the family. After the first MRI, I had to go back two days later for an MRI with contrast. Two entirely different teams of people handled my care and they were all equally wonderful. The people at Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr are all happy and personable. Just the sort of people that should be working with the public. And I should know since I worked with the public for thirty years myself. I was sincerely impressed by how much above and beyond the usual standards they went in handling my care and the transfer of my records to my neurologist. I really didn't expect them to go to that level. I merely mentioned that I had a neurologist that should receive copies of the scans and the reports. Before I could call him myself on Monday morning, my neurologist already had every thing in hand. I was amazed by how well trained the entire staff is. I have MRIs done every year and have had them done in various locations, including my home state of Tennessee, so I have some real comparisons to make. The staff at Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr is absolutely a five-star staff and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
