Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr is great to deal with. After a skiing accident left me with broken legs, I was able to get an appointment there in a very timely fashion. I've been in a couple of times since and each time was equally great. The staff is professional and pleasant. They knew why I was there and were very careful and gentle throughout. They talked me through the process and were very informative. Each time, they explained everything and then double-checked everything. They clearly explained that the MRI machine can be loud even without my head in the machine. They were also extremely careful to ask me repeatedly if I had any metal items on my body, another MRI safeguard. I'm a retired health care professional myself, so all these things were appreciated. The staff at Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr also walked me through the online patient portal so I could access my records, another thing a retired health professional greatly appreciates! I received great service from Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr and cannot recommend them highly enough!
