Larry was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain everything. He did an excellent job...very thorough including the very edges where the carpet meets the headboard. Carpets dried much faster than steam cleaning and were fluffy again - much cleaner and faster than previous steam cleaning. Steam cleaning made for quicker matting and staining. Don't expect that will be the case here. Recommend.
