still have puppy stains that were "guaranteed to be removed"

I hired Chem Dry is because I have "puppy stains" that I was unable to remove w/over-the-counter solutions. I was very clear about my expectations & was guaranteed that all stains including puppy stains would come out. The stains remained after initial cleaning. The tech was responsive & came out again to re-clean them. However this time he completely reversed his previous assurances, saying these types of stains usually don't come out!!! Are you kidding me?! Yet there was no refund of any kind given to me as part of the so-called GUARANTEE.

This carpet was white & heavily soiled, after the cleaning we could then see that the urine stains had discolored or ( bleached out the carpet) Our guarantee which we explained to the customer over the phone, is to return to re-clean the area & we did that the next day. When we left her house she thanked us for returning and understood we had done everything possible to remove the stains. Urine kills grass & can bleech out carpet.
