I call Larry about twice a year to clean my carpets. Usually fall and spring. He is always on time, always friendly and professional. He even works around my dog without complaint! Most recently we lost our beloved dog and I had Larry come in and clean a few areas that were a problem because of her illness. Knowing the problem ahead of time, he gave special attention and product to those areas and even returned 2 weeks later to reapply a deodorizer. I would happily recommend him.
