I think the thing that impressed me the most about the people over at Oriental Carpets & Upholstery is that they were just so very accommodating. I had them pick up and deliver the rugs to me. I had them work around my schedule and I liked that they were so willing to work around my schedule because I was having some construction work done at the time. When they brought my rugs back to me they also brought me new rug pads which I thought was really nice. The price was very reasonable and the rugs turned out great as well. I had a bunch of special requests and they were willing to accommodate all of them and so I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some rugs cleaned.
