I went to Oriental Carpets & Upholstery to get a few rugs I own cleaned. I like that they came out quickly after I called them, it was the same day or the day after that. They gave a good estimate that first time I saw them but they took far longer than they said they would to clean the rugs. The process took about 10 days overall but there was a national holiday within that ten day period. It was frustrating that it took so long to get the rugs back and I had to follow up to ask if the cleaning had been completed. The pricing itself I thought was expensive but I had a coupon which made things slightly better.
