Everything went pretty good. I told them I had an oriental rug that needed cleaning. They came out, picked it up right away, and it was back to me in 2–3 weeks. Then I asked them for a quote on a fixed rug in the sanctuary for the church. They gave me a quote right on the spot. The price was so good we hired them and the following week they were there cleaning the carpets.
