Oriental Rug Care NY was absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe it. This was the first time I used them. I went online and looked at reviews for services in my area. I needed a lot of different kinds of work. First of all, cleaning. Both rugs were hand-made oriental rugs. One rug was silk and very grimy because we got it from an auction. It came out beautiful. The other one had a corner eaten off by moths that had to be rewoven. I also needed some new tassels. The amount of work done restoring these beautiful carpets was amazing. The work was wonderful and it was wonderful working with them. Jerry was on time and did what he said he was going to do. He got all the stains out. One was very soiled and now it looks brand-new. He also laid the carpets back down for me. Jerry was very upfront about the pricing. It wasn't cheap but these are good carpets and I was willing to spend the money. The results are amazing.
