It was my first time using Oriental Rug Care in New York. I had an old handmade oriental rug that they restored they and it turned out great, better than expected honestly! I found them on the internet and they came over to pick up a different rug that I needed to have fixed up, they saw my other oriental rug that was pretty badly damaged and said he could fix it. So they ended up taking both rugs and repaired them both. Pricing was high but it was extremely worth it for the service they provided me. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any rug restoration. The owner is a great guy did exactly what he needed to do and faster than I expected.
