The customer service at Oriental Rug Care was very good! Their employees were right on top of things and the whole process of dealing with them was pleasant! I found that they communicated and called and followed up with the customer, which made the process go by very smoothly. Their delivery was also on time, and in terms of their customer service, they were really just great!
