Oriental picked up 4-5 rugs for me and took them off the premises, cleaned them, repaired one and brought them back. I didn't price the work so I don't know how they compare, but it sounded reasonable to me, so I used them. It did take a while to get the rugs back which is why I took off one star - around a month, maybe a bit more. I was happy with their work when I got them back however, I would use them again.
