From the minute I walked in the door and started talking to Justin Hinds, I knew he would be a pleasure to work with.
I had done a lot of research on different cars and walked in having a pretty good idea what I wanted, and which vehicle might fit the bill. He helped me rule out some others that I had been considering that were on the lot, and ultimately chose the one that worked best.
He was patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, and was very friendly, too!
Christina in financing was a pleasure to meet and work with, as well. She was very accommodating to my children who were drained from being dragged around car shopping with me for the last few weeks, and let me take the car home for 2 days to try it out before giving a final decision.
I've never purchased a vehicle from anywhere other than a large dealer before, and I'm happy I gave Tranum a try. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know, and will go back to them in the future.
