I had the worst experience with golden hand moving. To start, they were 4 hours late to pick up my stuff, then they began to tell me that I need to pay double of what was estimated. They wont continue the job if I don't sign the paper work and I refuse to sing the paperwork until I know exactly how much it is going to cost. Once we agree upon a number i finally sign the paperwork. They upon arrival to my new location, they begin to tell me how much more I am going to need to pay when I already payed them double what they had originally told me. They wouldnt unload my stuff until i payed them CASH.... who has 2,000 cash laying around?? So now they have you because you need your belongings and they wont unload until you pay. I had an overall terrible experience with this company it added so much unneeded stress to what is normally a stressful situation in it self. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be fully taken advantage of and scammed!
