We have had the pleasure of having Rodericks BBQ Food Truck several different times for different events and every time they have provided Heavenly BBQ! The Brisket and the Pulled Pork are delicious and the sides make the whole meal great! We had some people who got the catfish and they LOVED it. You will not be disappointed in Roderick's! Great Price point too.
