I have called 4 times to get suggestions for upcoming trips. The 1st time for lodging in Branson. The man i talked to talked like my only option was condos and those had to be a week starting on the weekend. He never suggested and I didn't realize I could book hotels through them. So I booked my own hotel. The next time I wanted info on a cruise. The same guy said you need to personality look up all the cruise lines and find which one you like then call us with the info and we'll book it. Another time I called to set up my online account and the lady who set it up was very very helpful. She explained everything and said they can do hotels and the best way to do it. She also said the travel agent would help me narrow down a vacation choice between 3 destination. She transferred me on the phone to the same guy I've talked to over tbe last 7 months. He's every bit as easy if not worse than the last time I talked to him. He had no clue on any of the destinations and said I needed to find myown lodging and then call him and he'd make the reservations. He wasn't willing to do anything or offer any wisdom. Today I opened my FREE chat gpt account and the AI has been extremely helpful and even friendly and very resourceful! Why did we waste so much money for Vacation Inspiration i have no clue. Please don't be stupid like us and fall for their lies in the sales talk. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!
