My wife and I have been members of Vacation Inspirations for a year. In that time we have only had the opportunity of using their services for one international trip which we rated far above our expectations. Janae B. was our agent on a trip that had many moving parts from domestic to international flights both in the US and also Great Britain, trains and rental cars, not to mention hotels in many diverse cities as well as rural areas. This was a custom vacation that was planned by us and Janae made sure that every I was dotted and each T crossed. She was always professional, patient and efficient while maintaining a courteous and outgoing personality. Janae was responsive to our needs while being both polite and spot on with answers to any questions we might have asked of her. At the same time I have also found other members of the Vacation Inspirations administrative team to be timely, professional and extremely responsive to questions or problems that might have come up. I have received answers to any questions I might have and any problems have been taken care of to my complete satisfaction in both a timely and professional manner.
