We recently returned home from a wonderful trip to Grand Cayman! There were 3 couples in our group. Jessica worked hard to help us find the perfect vacation home right on the beach on the North Side of Grand Cayman! Thank you, Jessica, for your perseverance! Vacation Inspirations was able to save us $$$ on our rental!!!! Yeah!!! The home was just perfect! Nice sized living room, dining room, and kitchen! Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed! Loved having the laundry room as we washed our swimwear and provided beach towels everyday! Every couple had their own ensuite bathroom! Also nice to have a powder bath right off the living/dining/kitchen area. Plenty of seating outside. We ate lunch/snacks at the picnic table several days. Used the grill to cook lobster straight from the water - it was lobster season! We enjoyed sunning around the pool but never got in it - the ocean was right there! Great snorkeling right in your backyard! However, water was pretty shallow. I walked on the beach several morning and found nice shells, coral, and sea glass! :))) North Side was quiet with lots of good restaurants within 15-20 minutes. Favorites: Tukka, Eagle Rays, Kaibo Beach Bar, and Over the Edge. Tukka's was a beautiful setting for the Moonrise over the ocean if lucky enough to be there on a full moon night! Eagle Rays served delicious pan seared lionfish! At Kaibo, you sit at a picnic table on the beach. They have a good menu but we enjoyed the brick oven pizza! All were waterfront, affordable, and casual. Close to Rum Point & Starfish Beach. Small grocery store close by. Nice Foster's IGA grocery store about 20 minutes toward the East End. We did the bulk of our shopping the day we flew in at a large grocery store in Georgetown. Awesome week of fun with our friends! Thank you, Vacation Inspirations, for making it happen!
