When we moved in, we had to do some clean up and one of the key points with American Property Restoration was the timing that we were dealing with. They were very, very proactive when it comes to that. They were also very cost effective. They were not the only ones we contacted before we went with them.

They were knowledgeable and made the right recommendations. Usually, some companies will go where the money is. Whatever they didn't specialize in doing, they directed me to the right partners they have. All of them have been great.

Very professional and would recommend them to anybody for these services. Very punctual timing--they were there when they said they were going to be there. They meet all the deadlines and some jobs were done before the deadline. Whenever we need something, they come back. They're just really good.
