Ron has no customer service manners was very rude and impatient over the phone. Gave me quote over the phone for 3000 to replace cellar door without even coming to check ( door cost 1000 at best on Home Depot). Because we bought a new house and seller failed to replace door, money is being held in escrow. I explained this to Ron and then he charged me $500 more and gave a rambling quack explanation about protecting himself? Huh. I then said to him ok send me your email you business info and quote so I can send it to the lawyer as proof or documents. No response. Really not worth dealing with this company and the nasty attitude in how they deal with costumers
