This was the first time I'd used Shine since they came under new management. The end result was fine, they did a good job cleaning the house and the windows. However, the new crew seemed young and not fully trained. The foundation plantings were not covered up very well and the chemical wash burnt several of my evergreens. One of the young guys also had trouble using the nozzle and accidentally sprayed some gardens farther away from the house. However, they did do what I had hired them to do. Next time, I use Shine, I will set clearer expectations and make sure the bushes are covered more completely.
