We have moved multiple times across country and this is the worst company we have ever encountered. There was extensive damage and it took over 9 months to get our furniture back and usable. When a sterling silver tea service when missing, due to some light fingered packers, they refused to reimburse our loss despite our substantial evidence, including pictures that substantiated our claim. They charged us to box a king mattress and then shrink wrapped it. By the time it arrived the internal parts were bent and two of us could no longer sleep on the mattress. They justified the denial by saying the mattress had returned to its original shape. This firm has light fingered packers and blames all damage or missing items on the customer.
