They are very cool people to work with. I haven't had any issues with the storage or prices. There were two occasions where we had an issue with the billing and had to contact them about being refunded, but I don't fault them for that. I have my own business as well, and I understand that these things happen sometimes. The couple who runs South Congress Storage are older, and the technology they use on-site is a bit outdated, but I respect their commitment to their family and their business.
