Poor call center service and lack of online bill payment
I stayed with 49er after transitioning through the terrible service from the previous ownership and yes the facility is cleaner and better organized. They still haven't updated to the 21st century on the account services though. To pay your bill, you have to either drive out to the facility to use a kiosk located in a storage shed, or call a contract call center that has rude employees and hasn't been able to send me a payment receipt for months. I've decided to move my multiple storage units elsewhere.
