I have only gone to this shop once so far, but I will be returning for my next oil change. I needed to have routine maintenance done on my car, which is getting quite old. They inspected everything that I asked them to inspect, free of charge and gave me a list of everything that they noticed. They recommended a couple of services. I will be returning to take their suggestions before winter comes, so that I can make sure my car is safe.
