Precision Import came to me at the end of a lot of disappointment from other service people. They were recommended to me by somebody in the neighborhood as the people to see. I called them, and they saw me immediately. They went out of their way to help me, and they did an unbelievable job. It was a terrific experience because they are old school, and I have complete trust in them.

I have a really old car, and they had to figure out what was wrong with it. They did extensive research, which is what was so special about their job, and they wouldn't let it go until they had it perfect, which they did. It is unbelievable how it is running now. It is obvious that they really live for this. They have unbelievable history and background in this neighborhood, and they know what they are doing.

What I liked most about them is that it didn't matter if I was male or female, they go into detail, almost to the point of minutia, about what they are doing. They tell you every step they are doing and why, but they also give options all along the way. They don't intimidate by announcing what they are going to be doing with no alternative options. I really got to work with them as they did everything.

They are great guys. They really are terrific. I have such an old car, and I asked them to please get me through winter. They said, "You bet we will." They did everything they promised.
