I have been using Kingsburg Mini-Storage for several years. I actively recommend them to other people, including my family. It's all very convenient, clean, and well ran. The staff are very professional and friendly. It's really organized and quick when you sign up, and they have so many different ways to pay. I really like the hours. I call them "safe hours" - from 7am to 7pm, so there aren't people running in and out of there all night.

One thing that is really cool about Kingsburg Mini-Storage is the kiosk. You can pay with cash or credit card at the kiosk. If you are a new customer, and you don't know how to use the kiosk or can't get into the facility during their open hours because your hours don't coordinate with theirs for whatever reason, they have a live person that completely walks you thru the kiosk. Or say you forget the number of your storage unit. No problem. They just ask for your phone number. It's so connected. It's really unbelievable. I have never seen anything like it. I think it's one of the best!
