I have a unit with Bob Ragsdale's Mini Storage and I am very happy with the rental price for it. The price is low which I like and the facility looks to be clean and well-kept. However the schedule for making payments is very bad. You never know what times an employee will be in the office and often I have arrived during the office hours to find it empty. It makes me frustrated having to make a special trip out to the facility to pay the bill and then not being able to pay it because no one is there. Apart from this issue though everything else is working well. The accessibility of the compound, but there are some big pot holes in the driveway that I have hit a few times. They should really sort them out!
