Although I have some problems with Seven Hills Self Storage because there were rats and birds in my storage locker, we haven't told them about it and haven't discussed the issue. I know a lot of places have that issue with the rodents. During the times I have been there, it has been very secure space. They have good security and they are very helpful. I would say it's a good facility. But having rodents in there is the only downside.
