The only thing I can complain about is the fact that my rent constantly goes up, it's like they don't want the costumers to stay for long periods. Well that's what storage is for so why punish the ones that pay their rent every month on time and cause no issues or messes. I've been a customer here for going on three years and I get after a certain time paying for insurance but why the rent hikes, sometimes I can't even get ahold of the front desk to submit a payment so obviously the rent hikes aren't ment for employees to do there jobs.
