Very friendly and helpful customer service. They fully explained all of the facility details and helped us with the gate code. Wound up needing a second unit in a hurry and he took care of everything quickly. The place is always clean and it took us about 20 trips in 3 months to move everything in so we were able to get a full idea of how the place runs. The gentleman in the office was even kind enough to bring us water when it was over 110' and we were organizing the storage unit to fit more in.
