About 2 months ago Souza & Viviani Plumbing removed my old water heater and installed a brand new one. The unit was cheaper than others I'd researched and I'm satisfied with the warranty coverage. I purchased the added 10 year plan.

When they guy came to install, he was very professional. He took care not to track mud through the house. He was able to get the old unit out with minimal effort and installed the new one very easily.

The unit has been running 2 months strong, no problems.
