Let me tell you, I love John Souza. John cares so much and he takes great pride in his work. He also has a fantastic sense of humor and is totally down to earth. He does plumbing, so sometimes you have a problem that can be a bit embarrassing, but you are in a no judgement zone with John. He's right there with you in the muck. The price is completely reasonable, it's a good value for money. I'd recommend asking for John specifically. Sometimes he sends other people out, but everything is always perfect with him.
