Using Hawkins Heating & Air Conditioning was a good experience. The tech came out to see what the problem was, made a couple phone calls, and then explained everything that was happening.
Later that evening Eric himself came out to look over our unit and explained in great detail why we needed a new one. He explained it so that we understood and felt comfortable taking that step. Our heat and air works great now.
Make sure you ask questions when using Hawkins Heating & Air Conditioning because they definitely have answers, and they don't want you to do something if you don't feel comfortable, or don't understand.
