I called them and they said they’re a little busy. Then they told to contact someone else. Don’t waste your time. Just call someone else. I did

Kamal, you had questions about your claim. I answered them all and advised we were not taking on new clients for Hail Damage claims. All the adjusters we have that specialize in Hail Damage were at capacity with all the recent storms.

It is good customer service to provide realistic expectations for someone. If we do not have someone available for your type of claim, it's better that you find someone who can handle it better. Hence, we referred you to another company that may have been able to assist you better.

Out of 50 reviews here on Customer Lobby, you are the only 1-Star review. A non-customer, that we were upfront with, and recommended another company to.

The reason we are busy and at capacity is because we provide the best possible service. Our reviews clearly show that. I'm sorry we were not able to assit you with your claim.
