House Repairs Finally Complete

For The Public Adjusters helped us with insurance claims for some home repairs after an accident. I only had a couple of issues with the service. One was that they charged way too much in my opinion, and the other is that the guy who was working with us quit in the middle of our process and the insurance adjuster had to take over to finish the job. It took a long time, and we just finally got the roof repaired and the rooms repaired inside the house. It took 2.5 years total to get everything together, but we probably wouldn't have gotten any of the work finished if not for them, so we appreciated their help.

Thank you for the great review! However, just some clarification. Yes, our Public Adjuster left the company during your claim, however, your claim entered the appraisal process (as part of your policy provisions). It was an "Independent Appraiser" that took over your claim for the appraisal, not the insurance company adjuster. We can't control that process or how long it takes. Unfortunately, the state statutes on appraisal does not have a timeline. The largest delay was that the appraiser had a heart attack and surgery during your claim process.

Our fees are highly competitive for the results we get for our customers. There are companies in NC that charge more than we do.

In the end, with our services and guidance, your claim was increased from $1,594.81 to $29,682.54. An increase of $27,921.35.

This is an increase of 1,761.19% ( YES, One Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty One % ) As we explained from the beginning, the goal was for you to have enough funds to properly make the proper repairs and that has surely been accomplished based upon your comment. We are glad it all worked out in the end.
