I recently contacted 'Just Dashes' in hopes to have the dash from my 85 Monte Carlo completely restored. The individuals I spoke with during my multiple interactions were always polite, professional and assuring. The dash I had sent was thoroughly ruined and from what I could tell over the phone 'Just Dashes' had a great many other items in queue. Quite understandably I had to wait quite awhile to receive the dash and I waited quietly without complaint. My patience was only partially rewarded however as when the dash arrived it was on one hand beautifully restored to perfection while on the other hand it returned completely the wrong colour. I had indicated I wanted my originally maroon dash restored black and even recall the individual on the other end replying that he himself 'Liked a black dash'. It was expensive work combined with shipping all the way from Ontario Canada over to California, thus it was disheartening to have to get the dash sanded down and sprayed to match the rest of the already redone interior. I never called and complained or asked for my money back or anything like that, so I cannot comment on how they may or may not have rectified the situation. Mistakes do happen and I could tell whomever restored my dash took particular care in doing so, even if it returned in its original maroon colour. Even so, if you need a dash restored this is the place to do it, everyone is quite impressed with the restoration.
